As long as the Federal Reserve can control the debt market, none of these supposed trends, matter. The Fed buys down the interest on the 10 year yeild, they issue more currency, and devalue the dollar, and the market goes up. The interest on the 10 year yeild goes up, the market goes down. Simple as that!

The Fed can't cut, but will they? Maybe. They can't cut because if they did, then we go into hyper inflation. If they don't cut, then its just kicking the can down the road to hyper inflation. If they raise rates (which they should), then things start to crash and banks fail. Usually they choose the hyper inflation path.
